Follow the yellow brick road...

Based on the book by L. Frank Baum

Music and Lyrics by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg

Adapted by John Kane for the Royal Shakespeare Company

Based upon the classic motion picture

When a tornado rips through Kansas, Dorothy Gale and her dog, Toto, are whisked away in their house to the magical land of Oz.   In order to get back home, they are sent on a journey along the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to meet the Wizard.  Along the way, Dorothy meets some the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, and learns the magical power of a journey to find "there's no place like home."  A perfect family musical for everyone of all ages!    With songs like "We're Off to see the Wizard," "If I Only Had a Brain," and the iconic "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," The Wizard of Oz is a must-see!

Produced through special arrangement with Tams-Witmark Music Library.
