The Encore Scholarship is open to any graduating high school senior or undergraduate with a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants must be accepted or enrolled as a full-time student at a college or university for the upcoming academic semester.  This is a single year scholarship and cannot be deferred; current recipients must reapply annually. 2019 ETC Scholarship Recipients: Emily Chesteen & Shannon Clarke
