Drew has served as the Managing Director of Encore since its inception in 2006. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, a certificate in Transformational Non-Profit Leadership from Notre Dame University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Management from the University of Kentucky. Since 2012, he has also served as the Executive Director of the Rose Center Council for the Arts. In his spare time, he enjoys performing as well as directing Encore youth productions.
