Susan Christophel
Aurora Greenway
Playing the irreverent and outspoken mother figure is Encore Company member Susan Christophel. Susan brings to the role 27 years of stage experience. She was most recently seen in an Ensemble role in Encore’s 2017 production of Ragtime. She portrayed Sally in Follies and Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret. Previous roles include Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables, Sonia in Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike, Ivy in August: Osage County, Hold Me Touch Me in “The Producers,” Yvonne in “Sunday in the Park with George,” Sarah in “Company,” the Beggar Woman in “Sweeney Todd” and in the ensemble of “Merrily We Roll Along.” She is a founding company member and the 2014 inductee into the Encore Hall of Fame.
Katheryn e. Wright
Emma Greenway
Wright earned a bachelor’s degree in theater from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has worked with Encore numerous times over the last few years. She most recently performed as Janet in Encore’s Rocky Horror Show. Her previous Encore acting credits include Rock of Ages, Ragtime, Cabaret, and Follies. Other favorites from her acting resume include Barefoot in the Park at the Square Room; the Clarence Brown Theatre production of Spamalot and other regional theater shows including Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Kiss Me Kate, Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Love’s Labour’s Lost; The Tempest, Arabian Nights, The Curate Shakespeare’s As You Like It, The Kentucky Cycle: Part I, The Servant of Two Masters, and the world premiere of Widdershins.
Ashley lodge
Patsy Clark / Doris / Nurse
Ashley was seen in the 2017 Encore productions of Spamalot, Middletown and The Rocky Horror Show, and in the recent Free Spirit Theatre production of Stop Kiss. Ashley enjoys running her full-time photography studio in downtown Morristown, as well as writing screenplays, dancing, singing and hanging out with her wonderful husband and cat. She would like to thank Frank Williams for the opportunity to be a part of this show. .
Alex cooper
Flap Horton
Alex was seen most recently in Encore's 2017 productions of Middletown and The Rocky Horror Show. Other credits include Rock of Ages, Spamalot, Cats, Into the Woods, Seussical the Musical, Hamlet, The Tempest, Sweeney Todd, and many many others. Alex has been involved with various community theater companies since he was seventeen. He was involved with many Walters State productions and was a part of the Walters State Sensations, Men's Ensemble, and Concert Choir. He is a musician and songwriter in his free time and enjoys playing many instruments including piano, guitar, drums, ukulele, and some mandolin.
Jim richardson
Garrett Breedlove
Jim was most recently seen in Encore's 2017 productions of Ragtime and Bridges of Madison County, as well as in the 2016 production of Follies. He is a graduate of UT's theatre department and is a veteran actor of more than 110 productions. He extends a big thank you to everone in this show, on either side of the footlights, for working so hard to bring forth the magic of theatre.
Eric Bullard
Rudyard / Dr. Maise
After a lifetime of theater with several companies, Eric’s favorite parts have been playing the Forman/Montparnasse in Les Miserables, El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Roger in Noises Off, three runs of The Sound of Music (Kurt, Fredrick, Rolph), Clown in The 39 Steps, and he has a clear recollection of his first performance at age 4 as part of the horde of the king’s children in The King and I. He was most recently seen in Middletown. Eric owns Bullard Insurance Group in downtown Morristown, and spends his spare time woodworking, camping as much as possible, attending Scottish Highland games, and keeping up with his wife Kimberly and their 4 kids.
