Robin Carpenter

Robin combines her love of teaching with her love of the arts. Robin holds a degree in liberal arts from Anderson University and studied vocal performance at Indiana University. In addition to singing with the First United Methodist Church Chancel Choir, she has performed professionally, appearing in the American premiere of Handel’s Tanerlane, and was accepted into the Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia. Her stage credits include the Witch in Into the Woods, Baroness in The Sound of Music, Yvonne in Sunday in the Park with George, Lilly in The Secret Garden, and Marian in The Music Man. She teaches middle school in the Hancock County School System, sings any chance she gets, enjoys life on the mountain, and absolutely cherishes any time spent with her family.
