Mabel is a long time teacher and an extraordinary soprano who trained at Westminster Choir College. She holds her Doctorate in Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has sung all over the world, including a recent ceremony at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. She has numerous directing and acting credits. Her favorite stage credits include Gypsy (Mama Rose), Into the Woods (Witch), Sunday in the Park with George (Old Woman), The Sound of Music (Mother Superior), and Les Miserables.
