Cookie is a comunity activist with a long history of supporting the arts. She does marketing and fundraising for ALPS Adult Day Services; she is currently on the Wellness of Women Council at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare Services, an Ambassador for the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce, an advisory board member of New Hope Recovery Center, and a member of Amazing Women cancer support group. She is actively involved at All Saints Episcopal Church, and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for ALPS, Girls, Inc., Hamblen Adults Working For Kids, CEASE, MATS, Rose Center, and Rose Service Guild. She also hosts "Hometown Happenings," a community news show on WCRK Radio, as well as a weekly wellness program, "Health Talk With Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System."
